We accept all major credit card and debit cards.

The total amount is due 7 days before arrival.

More than 1 week before arrival - no charge

Within one week (7 days) of arrival the full amount will be charged.

All cancellations must be in writing or by email info@bathholidaysuites.co.uk
We are sorry we cannot accept verbal cancellations.

On request only and there will be an extra charge

Bath Holiday Suites is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building

The suites are generally ready for 3pm. If the suite is ready prior to this time then you can take occupancy earlier.

There is only on-street parking available. You can request a parking permit prior to your arrival.

Please advise us for early or late arrivals (after 8pm).

Check out time is 10.00am.
